I feel as though I’ve let my last entry age long enough. It now has the fragarance and taste of a vintage wine (perhaps one sold under the “Fat Bastard Wine” label–yes that’s a real label and it was discovered in Meijer by the one and only Jason). It’s kind of interesting that I didn’t update more frequently because I actually had a lot going on at the time; it seems that I like to write nothing about a lot and a lot about nothing.

A few minutes has just passed as I stared at the monitor trying to remember my past week. Unfortunately, the only thing I remember is the graduation party I went to on Saturday night. Laura is graduating very soon, and she decided to throw a party in her honor. I was lucky enough to be invited, and Jason and I headed up to the big C-bus to visit on Saturday. Really, the actual party itself was not what I considered to be the most entertaining part of the evening. Don’t get me wrong though–it was fantastic, but it was just a little less exciting than the dinner before the party. A bunch of Laura’s friends (and Laura too) went out to eat at Champp’s [sic]. There were around 10 of us, so we had two tables divided between us. Interestingly enough, all of the people at one table were from New Lebanon, while the others were from other homes (possibly ones that were not broken). The New Lebanon table was, of course, the one that most resembled the kiddie table at every Thanksgiving dinner in my family. This dubious honor was in no small part due to Jason, Ian (the funniest man ever) and myself.

We talked about a lot of things that dinner, but the best part of the meal was at the end when the desserts arrived. I am proud to say that Ian and I joined the “Mile High Club” that night.

Note: I should mention this Mile High Club refers to the restaurant’s famous (and EXTREMELY tasty) “Mile High” ice cream cake. It was a foot tall, I kid you not. Just thought I should clarify that for all non-inductees and those with filthy minds (Maria).

As I said before, the party was fun too. There was a lot of booze to be had–Jason even knocked back a couple; since I don’t drink, however, I pretty much stuck to the bottle of Coke I bought at Ghetto Kroger while everyone else was buying liquor.

As for everything after Saturday night (the rest of the week)there hasn’t been much happening. I began work on my new Christmas movie that I hope will be unveiled in time for some kind of Christmas party for BABAM(s). I started shooting it the other day, which is in and of itself interesting because when I started I had no script, plot, or basic outline of structure. I have a half-finished one now, and it is shaping up to be a rather long endeavor. Maybe even a movie length where one is capable of finishing off an entire bag of popcorn. I just hope it doesn’t suck. I won’t know till it’s finished, I guess.

The End… ?o es?
