The adventures of Shaun — a man revered as a god in some ancient cultures.
It’s Sunday.
I am currently sitting in the living room of Betsy, Angie and Crystal. Angie is not here because, in addition to other reasons, she sucks. Actually, she’s at a wedding. Still, that’s no excuse. Betsy and Crystal are here though. Betsy is typing away on her laptop she bought from her brother while I type away on the laptop I got from my sister. Crystal is around, most likely studying in her room while marveling at her new curtains I helped put up.
That’s right. I’m a handyman!

Yeah. I’m going to go ahead and give everyone a link for another video they can download. I’m really not usually handing out links like this all the time, but I certainly couldn’t pass up on this opportunity. I don’t know anyone who has seen it yet (other than Kate—who showed me), but if you’re familiar with WOUB in Athens, you might get a kick out of this. Even if you’re not, you’ll still probably both laugh and feel quite terrible for laughing.

So, it’s Wednesday night.
I have been meaning to update, but I really just haven’t felt like it. I feel bad because I haven’t been updating as much as I should be. I chalk this up to the horrible feeling I get everytime I look at my design and realize I still haven’t fixed it. Working on the computer isn’t my idea of a fun time right now. I’m sure that will change eventually (I’ll get tired of whatever it is I’m doing now).

It’s Tuesday.
Well, the “frenzy” surrounding my birthday is over. It is now November 23rd and I am the same as I was November 21st, only 2 days older. It’s kind of strange how the whole birthday system works. You only feel your age on your birthday, every day before and after you feel normal. If I had to guess the reason for this, I would say it’s the cake. Cake (not the music group) makes one feel old. I didn’t have cake this year (which was fine by me); this year I had brownies for my birthday and they were fantastic.

Well, I just finished my History exam and it was fantastic. By “fantastic” I mean “hell.”
Actually, it wasn’t as bad as I originally thought it was going to be. However, I didn’t end up studying like I wanted to, so it was pretty rough. The IDs were the part that probably killed me. My essay, which was supposed to be the hardest part, was relatively easy. We had the option of bringing in an outline for one of the essays, but I didn’t do that. I winged this one, as I wing a lot of my essays. Luckily, being a history major has given me a lot of experience in writing, writing and more writing. So, I am confident I did well even though I was the second to last person to leave.

Man, it’s already Thursday (Friday technically).
It’s hard to believe that it’s already so late in the week. The time has certainly flown by, and I’m not even ready to leave this grand ole place I call Ohio University yet. I will miss the school when I’m gone because while I’m at home, I will be working quite a bit. My solace is found in what I’m working towards. My goal is this. In case you are too busy (or perhaps snobbish–how dare you, sir) to follow that link, I will tell you what it is; it’s a Nikon D70 Digital SLR.

Yep, it’s Monday yet again.
I didn’t get a lot of sleep last night, so I’m pretty tired today. “Not a lot of sleep” should be clarified; I’m talking about what I consider not a lot of sleep. I slept for a total of 6 hours–I’m not sure if that is below average for most people or not. For me that’s a hideously low amount, but for Jacki, that would probably not be enough to facilitate any sort of auditory or verbal response.
Jacki likes to sleep.
